As our Management system leader, you will be responsible for the HVDC Integrated Management System (IMS), managing and improving the quality system processes and tools. Hold and present a clear overview of recent applied tools and approaches for business process management across different functions in the HVDC organization globally.
You will provide training and recommendations for improvement, monitor and define KPIs, and communicate globally across HVDC. In addition, you will ensure that our company always operates at the highest efficiency level and complies with quality processes and standards.
You will collaborate with various organizational stakeholders in this role to improve customer satisfaction and the quality culture. How you´ll make an impact
Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Preparation and update of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation, rules and governance. Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders within HVDC, PGGI.
Drive Process Leader responsibilities for IMS Support and Process Management.
Plan, maintain and if needed provide process and IMS related training/training material/certifications.
Support implementation of global processes throughout organization via establis
