Requirements
- Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Hands on with Camunda BPMN/DMN for workflow and decision automation.
- Experience in resource order orchestration using BPMN workflows.
- Integration skills with REST APIs and Kafka (producers/consumers).
- Knowledge of External Task Worker patterns in Camunda.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Hands on with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of observability: logs (JSON/ELK/Splunk) and metrics (Prometheus/Grafana).
- Experience in L2/L3 workflow incident handling, debugging failed jobs, retries, and error paths.
- Ability to work in SLA driven operations with on call/rotational support.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Good communication skills for cross team collaboration (Dev, QA, SRE, Ops)
Nice to have
- Experience with telecom order/resource orchestration.
- Knowledge of Camunda 8 (Zeebe) and related tools (Operate/Optimize/Task list).
- Familiarity with cloud native architectures and distributed tracing (Open Telemetry/J
