Client Security Team
We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Security Research Engineer to join our client security team. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between forward-looking security research and practical technical implementation.
Your mission is to generate deep insight into the evolving hardware security landscape, analyze emerging technologies, and develop functional prototypes that advance hardware-level protection.
About the Role
You will operate at the intersection of research, strategy, and engineering. This includes tracking technological shifts, evaluating novel architectures, and translating research findings into tangible proof-of-concept implementations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Technical Trend Insight
Investigate and analyze cutting-edge hardware security trends
Monitor relevant industry standards and identify emerging technologies
Provide structured insight into future security direction
2. Frontier Technology Analysis
Conduct deep technical analysis of new hardware security architectures
Evaluate risks, strengths, and practical feasibility
Deliver strategic recommendations to support future product roadmaps
3. Prototype Development
Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes
Validate research findings through implementation
Demonstrate innovative security countermeasures at hardware level
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
Proven experience in designing, developing, or evaluating hardware security technologies, such as:
Hardware Root of Trust
Cryptographic engineering and evaluation
Device supply chain validation
Side-channel analysis and fault injection technique
Professional Fluency in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce high-quality technical reports and analytical documentation
Confident presentation of complex technical concepts
Technical Competence
Proficiency in Linux development environments
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:
