Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Backend Developer
What You Will Work On
Design and implement new backend functionality for team services
Build and scale services using Java, Postgres, and BigTable on Google Cloud Platform
Develop and manage data pipelines using tools such as Scio and Flight
Participate in technical deep dives, workshops, and stakeholder demonstrations
Collaborate closely with team members and provide/receive constructive feedback
Solve complex technical problems with a strong action-oriented mindset
What You Bring
Experience building and scaling backend services in Java
Experience with Postgres and BigTable on Google Cloud Platform
Experience with data pipelines and tools like Scio or Flight
Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated with ability to work in collaborative teams
