About this role
We are looking for 1 chef (full-time) to join our culinary team:
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of sushi
- Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
- Communicate with customers when necessary (English required).
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
Requirements
- Experience as a chef is a plus
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and understood).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Salary can be negotiable.
- Start to work as soon as possible.
