The Position
We are looking for EURAM AQUA Pharma & Welfare Key Account Manager, who works across the EURAM AQUA Region specifically focusing on Norway, Iceland and Faroe Islands. and in support of Norway and other emerging aquaculture markets to meet revenue targets and by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in EURAM for the Pharmaceutical and Welfare solutions portfolio.
What will you do
Implements key account management process with selected accounts as appropriate.
Develops relationships within Key Accounts, Key Opinion Leaders, trade and producer organizations though a significant visible presence in the field.
This role will be the product expert and point of contact for customer questions and inquiries related to Our portfolio.
Attends and actively participates at key industry seminars representing Our Organization.
Liaises with Technical Service to develop and educate customers’ staff, create demand and promote Aquaculture products to the end user.
Promotes and sells technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Implement marketing campaigns at customer level as directed by the marketing manager.
Actively guides and participates in the development of the aquaculture business strategy and programmes.
Effectively monitors and analyses the markets for the company’s products to support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Active in the market with on-site supervision and guidance for Pharmaceutical and Welfare solutions.
Achievement of sales and other KPI targets, including management of customer AQUI-S treatments.
Delivery of customer business development initiatives for Key Accounts.
Discovery and evaluation of new business development opportunities in emerging markets.
Qualifications, skills & experience required
University degree.
3+ years’ experience of aquaculture production.
Sound knowledge of the European aquaculture business, market and trends.
Commercial acumen and ability to own detailed business plans.
Significant experience of sales and key account management.
Ability to adapt and evolve within a rapidly changing market environment.
Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
Strategic business planning.
Project management experience.
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
Ability to influence/motivate others without line management authority.
Strong communication skills.
Wilingness to travel around 50% of a time.
