Role: Junior Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers
- Develop and execute trading terms, trade marketing, and promotional activities
- Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and inventory levels
- Drive sales growth through local and national initiatives, new product launches, and shelf share expansion
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution in stores
- Monitor in-store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to commercial initiatives
- Deliver customer sales plans and manage documentation, settlements, and timely payments
- Experience you’ll bring:
- Higher education;
- Experience working ideally with retail chains in FMCG or a large commercial organization
- Fluent Ukrainian and intermediate English
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of Windows & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Good analytical skills
- Category B driver’s license (2+ years of driving experience)
