About this role

PROJECT MANAGEMENT As an IT Project / Application Manager you lead the delivery of projects and enhancements within the Product Lifecycle Management transformation IT program, managing the entire project lifecycle from planning, requirements engineering, discovery and delivery. You ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and program’s objectives. PROCESS MANAGEMENT Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders you clarify requirements, design integrated solutions, and manage the end-to-end technical implementation of Product Lifecycle Management systems and enhancements. You provide ongoing technical support (3rd level) within the established support structure for relevant applications. APPLICATION MANAGEMENT It is your responsibility to oversee the implementation and optimization of the Product Lifecycle Management solution, ensuring their alignment with business needs and technical requirements. You collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to support ongoing development and system improvements. STAKEHOLDER & PARTNER MANAGEMENT You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration, resource utilization, and adherence to program and project goals. You act as the main point of contact for communication between all the involved parties (internal and external).

Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration or a similar relevant field At least 5 years of experience in international consulting firms with exposure to global projects and cross-functional teams Fluent English skills, German is a plus Proven experience leading international project teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a global environment Industry expertise in food and beverage, consumer goods, or related industries, with exposure to end-to-end supply chain know-how (e.g. operations, R&D, supply chain, quality, and packaging development processes within the F&B/CPG sector) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Confluence, and Jira) to coordinate cross-functional projects Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions Proven problem-solving skills paired with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while fostering collaboration within a team-oriented structure

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
