As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager (m/f/x) to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Finance and play a key part in building scalable financial processes that support refurbed’s long-term growth. WHO YOU ARE:
You hold a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
You bring 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a fast-growing environment (e.g., startup, scale-up, or financial advisory).
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy automating manual tasks (e.g., PowerQuery, Python), improving processes, and continuously learning.
You are experienced in handling large data volumes and are familiar with BI tools like Looker or comparable analytics solutions.
You have a high attention to detail and value accuracy and quality.
You’re self-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable using AI to supercharge your work.
You have strong project management skills and communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
You bring a solution-oriented mindset and find ways to make things work.
You care about sustainability and want your work to make a meaningful difference.
Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or online marketplaces is a strong plus.
