Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation, pre-sales, integrations, or project/program management in the e-commerce ecosystem
• Proven track record of leading discovery sessions and designing sophisticated blueprints, functional scopes, or business requirement documents
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to C-suite executives
• E-commerce and marketplace business model expertise
• Solution design and problem-solving
• Stakeholder management across all levels
• Technical aptitude with APIs and web technologies (JSON/XML, RESTful APIs, Responsive Design)
• Multi-project management

• Base salary from £48,000 + yearly bonus based on company and individual performance

• Hiring steps:
• 30-minute recruiter interview – Initial conversation with Heather Decoudun to learn about your background and motivations
• 45-minute hiring manager interview – Meet with Nicolas Gastaud to test the "Succeed Through Expertise" value and discuss the role in depth
• Three 45-minute value-based interviews – Meet with our EMEA Head of Solution Consulting, a colleague from the London office (in-person interview), and someone from our Product Management team. Each interview will be centered around our core values
• Debrief and decision – The hiring team will get together to make a final hiring decision and share detailed feedback

The Team You'll Join You'll be part of our EMEA Solution Consulting team led by Nicolas Gastaud. The team consists of 3 Solution Consultants supporting our B2C customers across the EMEA region. Together, you'll be running smooth implementation processes during the kick-off, building, and testing phases, ensuring that teams at our customers receive expert guidance to launch and scale their marketplaces successfully. 2. Your Impact Guide customers through platform implementation from kick-off to go-live, providing expert advice on architecture, functional choices, and integration requirements to shape their future marketplace Identify and resolve design or implementation risks, presenting strategic alternatives to ensure successful platform launches and post-launch expansion initiatives Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Mirakl Product teams, translating customer feedback into product development insights and enhancing customer understanding of platform value Manage 6-8 concurrent implementation projects, adapting quickly to diverse client environments and evolving technical requirements Contribute to team excellence by developing reusable assets, success stories, and staying current on Mirakl's product roadmap to maintain your trusted advisor position 3.
