Responsibilities
To architect the Group’s next-generation Digital Assurance ecosystem, leveraging advanced automation and data strategy to further advance our Group Compliance Management System (CMS) and solidify its digital operational excellence.
What you’ll do
The Strategic & Digital Mandate
Assurance Ecosystem Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of a centralized Digital Assurance Hub (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar), orchestrating disparate data streams into a single source of truth.
Intelligent Data Strategy: Architect the integrations and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) strategy across core systems, ensuring the integrity and security of the Group’s compliance data lake.
Innovation & AI Roadmap: Act as the internal consultant for AI-driven transformation, identifying and piloting high-impact use cases (e.g., automated policy advisory, intelligent risk signals, compliance training data ecosystems) to future-proof the function.
Governance Partnership: Serve as the primary technical liaison to Global Tech and Data Privacy teams, ensuring compliance guardrails are embedded by design into the company’s enterprise architecture.
Integrated Assurance & Verification Remit
Strategic Control Oversight: Define and oversee the verification of key controls across high-impact domains (Product & Operational Safety, Digital Ethics, Financial Integrity).
Independent Validation & Strategic Insight: Lead the quarterly verification program, utilizing independent data to validate executive attestations and functional self-assessments. Translate these findings and raw incident data into strategic risk insights that inform Group-level decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Continuous Monitoring & Assurance Cycles: Execute the recurring "Trust but Verify" monitoring cycles. This involves the active validation of data inputs and performing the "spot-check" inquiries necessary to provide independent 2nd-line assurance.
Transformation & Optimization: Continuously re-engineer established compliance workflows to eliminate manual friction through "Compliance-as-Code" and intelligent automation.
Executive Reporting: Architect and produce the quarterly Integrated Assurance Report for the Compliance Committee.
Stakeholder Empowerment: Design self-service analytics portals for Functional Heads and Local Compliance Officers, supporting decentralized risk ownership.
Innovation Scouting: Monitor the frontier of RegTech and AI landscape, ensuring the Group remains at the forefront of digital governance.
What you’ll bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Law, or Business. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIPP) are a plus.
Experience: 4–8 years in Compliance Ops, Digital Transformation, Internal Audit, or a data-heavy Governance role within a global, high-growth environment.
Proven Track Record: Success in architecting and scaling complex data-driven reporting systems and a demonstrated ability to translate legal/regulatory logic into technical workflows.
Data & Systems Fluency: Proven ability to architect consolidated compliance reporting. Must possess advanced proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) to define data logic, validate complex integrations, and oversee the creation of executive-level dashboards in collaboration with Technical teams.
The Tech-Innovation Plus: Experience with GenAI implementation, prompt engineering, or enterprise automation (e.g., Workato, Zapier) is a significant advantage.
Professional Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, global environment, managing executive stakeholders and complex, multi-layered projects.
