Chief Executive Officer (CEO) CSG Talent are partnering with an emerging mining technology company entering a significant scale-up phase following recent investment and growing global customer traction. The business operates at the intersection of mining, AI, data, and industrial technology, delivering advanced solutions that enable mining companies to improve operational performance, planning, and decision-making across the mining value chain. With strong technical foundations already established, the company is now seeking a commercially focused CEO to lead the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an executive who combines strategic thinking with operational execution and has experience scaling technology-led businesses in complex industrial markets. The ideal candidate will be based in Finland, with international travel. The Opportunity Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead overall company strategy and execution, with particular emphasis on commercial growth, partnerships, organisational scaling, investor readiness, and operational leadership. Working closely with the technical leadership team, the successful candidate will help build the structure, cadence, and commercial engine required to scale internationally while maintaining a strong customer-focused culture.
