About the Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to help drive and grow our footprint across the Finnish region. You'll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem's clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across Finland.
In this position, you will actively represent Tandem at trade fairs, events, and in direct conversations with physicians, doctors, and decision-makers. You contribute to our mission where it matters most - into personal contact with our future partners. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships.
What you will doActively acquire new customers through a combination of outbound efforts (cold calling, appointment setting, product demos, negotiations, and closing) and partner-led sales in close collaboration with commercial partners, with both channels being equally important for success.
Drive and contribute to public tender processes, ensuring high-quality submissions and strategic positioning; prior experience working with public tenders is highly desirable.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including end-users (such as medical doctors, social workers, medical nurses, and student health professionals), key decision-makers, and commercial partners.
