We hire experts in different fields including engineering, chemistry, and microbiology. Our Vantaa site develops laboratory automation solutions, clinical chemistry and industrial chemistry analyzers and assays, food safety kits, and other diagnostics and research solutions. How will you make an impact? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and manufacturing of molecular food protection diagnostic products in Vantaa. In this role, you will work across functions to support production, maintain and improve manufacturing processes, and ensure smooth introduction of new products. Your work will help ensure high quality and reliable delivery to our customers. What will you do? Maintain product structures (BOM) and manufacturing documentation Support and improve manufacturing processes Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in PLM (Oracle) and ERP (SAP) Collaborate with QA and R&D on product changes and drive process changes Support new product introduction (NPI) and drive validation activities Contribute to continuous improvement and non-conformance handling Coordinate equipment maintenance and support troubleshooting. How will you get there? Relevant degree (engineering, biosciences, or similar) or equivalent experience Experience in laboratory and/or manufacturing environment Understanding of production processes and quality systems Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) Strong problem-solving and communication skills
