About the Role We are hiring a UK Community Engagement lead to support the successful development and long-term operation of Nscale's infrastructure locally. This role sits within the Global Affairs function and works closely with the wider business to ensure the project is delivered with local support and minimal disruption. You will act as Nscale's on-the-ground representative, building relationships with local stakeholders and communities, managing engagement, and identifying and addressing issues early. You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is understood, supported, and delivered successfully. This includes working with local authorities, MPs, community groups, NGO's and other stakeholders, to ensure the project mitigates its impact and maximises its local benefits. This role will suit someone with proven experience of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, who is comfortable operating within complex and sometimes competing stakeholder environments, and is skilled at building trust, navigating different perspectives, and can confidently represent the voice of the community within the organisation.
