We are now seeking an HR Manager to join us on a temporary basis for 11 months to cover maternity leave, starting September 2026 based in Espoo office.
Responsibilities
- As a HR business partner, you will support the execution of our business strategy within our Sales and Delivery organisations by planning and delivering an effective people agenda. You will operate as a trusted partner to management teams, enabling organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee engagement to enable business growth.
- In addition, this role ensures local compliance with relevant employment legislations, securing monthly payroll and related activities in selected countries. The role is also responsible for the maintenance of the HRIS system . You will also contribute to and lead selected global HR projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership: Be proactive partner to business with high Business & Commercial Acumen develop and implement people strategies and solutions that enable that enable business growth strategy.
- Leadership & Coaching: Work closely with management teams, providing professional coaching and guidance on performance, development and team dynamics. Facilitates leadership discussions on behaviours and climate.
