We are seeking a Technology Manager in Minerals Processing Solutions to Concentrator Plant Technologies Team.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver the most competitive techno-economic solution in Concentrator plant & Plant unit sales and delivery projects to enable profitable growth of the Minerals BA of Metso.
Your office location will ideally be in Espoo, Finland. To be effective in this position, you will also be expected to spend time travelling and meeting our customers and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technology lead in different projects: e.g., scoping and feasibility studies, basic engineering, and sales projects
- Develop process solutions for concentrator projects, including flow sheets on an expert level;
- Model and simulate entire concentrator plant process and process equipment configuration;
- Plan, supervise, and interpret minerals processing flowsheet development test works;
- Ensure the inclusion and position of Metso key products and technologies in minerals processing solutions
- Identify, mitigate, and manage metallurgical risks in both sales and delivery phases of the projects
