About the Role You will play a key role in strengthening learning and development across the organization. In this role, you will turn business and people needs into practical learning initiatives that support both employee growth and organizational capability. You will work closely with HR, leaders, and subject matter experts to design, deliver, and improve learning programs, resources, and tools that make development relevant and accessible in everyday work. This is a broad role where you get to combine program design, facilitation, administration, and continuous improvement in a way that creates visible impact across the business. Job DescriptionYou will design, develop, and evaluate learning initiatives such as onboarding, mandatory training, and talent programs. You will run and contribute to projects within learning, capability building, and people development. You will create structured and accessible learning materials, tools, and guidance that support development in daily work. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging. You will facilitate HR-related training sessions and workshops. You will coordinate learning activities, programs, mandatory training, and related processes. You will manage the learning platform and oversee tracking, reporting, audits, and follow-up on learning activities and outcomes. You will analyze participation, effectiveness, and feedback to identify insights and drive improvements.
