We are looking for a game designer who can work on-site at our office in Vasastan, Stockholm on game development. Your responsibilities are various and includes the following:

Collaborate on gameplay concepts, systems, and feature design.

Design engaging player experiences and core gameplay mechanics.

Create and maintain clear game design documentation.

Work closely with artists, programmers, and writers to bring ideas to life.

Prototype and iterate on gameplay features and systems.

Balance and refine mechanics based on testing and feedback.

Contribute to narrative, worldbuilding, and progression design.

Participate in playtesting, feedback sessions, and creative reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends, player behavior, and emerging design practices.

Adapt to changing project requirements and production needs.

Help shape the overall vision and feel of the game experience.
