What you will actually do
– Lead Northern Lights tours in small groups and larger vehicles
– Actively track weather, cloud radar, and Aurora forecasts
– Make real-time decisions (including long-distance driving up to 200 km if needed)
– Deliver high-level guest experience, not just transportation
– Work late nights and long shifts in changing Arctic conditions
What we expect
– Strong customer service mindset (you understand this is a premium experience)
– Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
– Flexibility (weather changes everything - you must adapt fast)
– Clear communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
– Driving license (B) and confidence in winter driving
Bonus if you have:
– Previous guiding or tourism experience
– Photography skills (especially Northern Lights)
– Experience with outdoor activities or extreme conditions
