About the role
At Pemamek, events are not just visibility. They are a core driver of growth, customer engagement, and company culture. We’re looking for an Event Manager, Commercial events to own and develop our global event portfolio from international trade shows to internal experiences that strengthen a unified, customer-centric culture. This is a hands-on role with real impact: you will shape how Pemamek shows up to customers and partners worldwide. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with sales, CX, and cross-functional teams across the organization.
What you’ll do
Drive commercial events & trade shows
Plan and execute global trade shows end-to-end
Own logistics, suppliers, stand execution, and on-site coordination
Ensure strong sales enablement
Coordinate technical setups (machines, materials, demos)
Manage partnerships and co-exhibitor collaborations
Own event marketing & performance
Plan and run event campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and web
Manage invitations, registrations, and follow-ups
Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
Track and optimize performance (leads, CPL, conversions)
What you bring
Proven experience delivering events or trade shows (B2B preferred)
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple stakeholders
Hands-on mindset - you execute, not just plan
Data-driven approach; comfortable with CRM and marketing tools
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience in industrial or technology environments is an advantage
