Purpose:

Overall responsibility for financial management of JTI’s Vårgårda Factory. Leading the areas of product cost planning (incl. ASP process), forecasting, actual reporting, control and analysis; inventory management; Capex control. Responsibility for internal control environment together with entity Finance Stockholm and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations as well as consistent application of Company’s operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Point of contact towards GSC finance and HQ finance. Supervision and development of Vårgårda Finance team. Active participation in factory improvement programs as well as in globally initiated projects.

As a Factory Finance Manager, you will:

Ensure effective financial stewardship for GSC Vårgårda Factory by coordinating and overseeing all financial accounting and reporting activities in full compliance with JTI Policies & Procedures and local statutory requirements. Own the development and maintenance of Standard Product Cost and ensure timely, accurate submission of ASP, LE and other financial forecasts to GSC HQ. Oversee actual cost accounting results and provide financial expertise, guidance and challenge to business partners to support performance delivery and continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing financial performance oversight by delivering transparent, fact‑based KPI reporting to the Factory Leadership Team, including conversion cost and raw material variances and overall manufacturing cost performance.
