About the role
Efla Oy, part of the Ensto Group, is an international company based in Porvoo and specialized in airfield lighting solutions. The company's business has grown strongly in recent years, and we are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support Efla's increasing order volume, international customers and the smooth handling of orders from start to finish.
In this role, you will not be working in traditional inbound or outbound customer service. Instead, you will be responsible especially for order handling, order deliveries, export documentation, invoicing and shipping documents. You will work in an important role between customers, sales, production, logistics and the internal customer service team.
The role is well suited for someone with a background in business, logistics, international business or a similar field, who has strong English skills, good ability to work under pressure and a desire to develop in an international order delivery environment. Previous experience in order handling, customer service, export, logistics or ERP systems is considered an advantage, but the most important things are the right attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to take initiative.
