We are looking for a Quality Team Leader with a main responsibility to lead and develop an experienced team of quality inspectors and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance within our operations. The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland .

Your role and responsibilities

As a Team Lead your work will consist of a combin ation of hands-on quality expertise with supervisory responsibility, supporting workshops and production teams in delivering right-first-time quality. You'll be working as a part of the skilled STH Quality team with diverse expertise .

Y our work will focus on these responsibilities : Address identified safety, quality, and environmental deviations within own area of responsibility by a nalyz ing quality data, monitor ing outcomes, and produc ing reports and recommendations to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency .
