Your responsibilities

would include, but not limit to:

Implement pricing processes and tools across regions

Develop external price lists and pricing methodologies together with Sales, Finance, Group Transfer Pricing and Product Teams

Design and implement effective sales strategies to support revenue and profitability goals

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Group Transfer Pricing, Production and Product Management to gather, analyze and communicate data-driven insights

Collaborate with Legal to ensure and execute the compliance of the contractual terms with market practices and internal policies

Lead commercial contract negotiations and support successful deal closures

Support the organization in reducing margin leakage and ensuring pricing consistency

Contribute to long-term pricing strategy while managing short‑term priorities in a complex, multi‑company environment

Our requirements

Mandatory:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in pricing, commercial analysis or a similar role

Strong analytical skills and expertise in pricing strategy

Financial acumen combined with project management capabilities

Proactive approach and ability to drive initiatives independently

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with large data sets

Ability to work cross‑functionally and build trust across teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short‑term actions and long‑term goals

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Will be an advantage:

University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field

Experience working in an international or multi‑company environment

Knowledge of pricing tools, ERP systems or data analytics platforms

Additional foreign languages
