AI Solutions Engineer at atNorth

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can turn defined use cases into reliable, production-ready solutions. In this role, you will take technical ownership of AI implementations from early design through deployment and ongoing optimisation, ensuring solutions deliver consistent value over time.

You will design and build AI-powered solutions such as agents, copilots and workflow automations, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable implementations. From selecting the right models, prompting strategies and retrieval patterns, to integrating solutions with internal systems and data sources, you will play a central role in bringing AI capabilities into real business use.

We expect you to ensure that solutions are robust, secure and fit for purpose, with appropriate evaluation, guardrails and monitoring in place. You will also take responsibility for maintaining and improving solutions after launch, using real-world performance, user feedback a
