Responsibilities
- A key technical role supporting end customers and internal sales organizations across the EMEA region. Focuses on designing and presenting advanced UPS solutions, grid-support features and emerging technologies primarily for the datacenter market. Provides coaching and techincal guidance to colleagues and customers regarding UPS technologies and systems.
- Provide advanced technical and commercial support to internal sales organizations and customers for UPS and grid-support solutions across the EMEA region
- Support sales offices and customers in defining technical solutions, including complex and customized applications
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into optimized technical solutions, including system design, quotations and technical documentation
- Design UPS and power infrastructure solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, Product Marketing and external partners
- Work in close contact and cooperation with key customers, consultants and contractors to understand application-specific needs
- Act as a technical expert and a host for customer visits, FATs, witness tests and product demonstrations
- Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to elevate overall technical skills and product knowledge
