About the Role You will lead a Production Engineering Automation function in a factory environment where automation, robotics and long-term capability building are central to continued development. The role combines people leadership, technical direction and operational improvement, with responsibility for ensuring that automated production and logistics processes support project targets and that process design is approved for both internally and externally developed solutions. You will guide a team of around 12–15 employees in their daily work, improving existing automation solutions while delivering new automation projects and investments. At the same time, you will help shape the future of a new production campus by strengthening automation capabilities, building competence and developing methods that support the factory over time. You will work closely with colleagues across Industrial Engineering as well as global engineering, R&D and IS/IT.
