About the Role
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development. About the Role You will join a global transformation initiative in an engineering-heavy organization that is standardizing CAD and PDM tools and establishing a common way of working across multiple business streams. The focus is not traditional mechanical design work. Instead, you will use your mechanical design background to help shape systems, processes, product structures, and user enablement around PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, and PTC Windchill. You will work as a subject matter expert in a central team, close to both engineering users and IT-oriented solution teams. This gives you the chance to influence how tools, data, and workflows come together in a large-scale industrial environment where your expertise will have clear impact. Job DescriptionYou will act as a trusted expert for Creo, Inventor, and Windchill across development, deployment, and adoption activities. You will support work around product structures, modularization strategies, metadata, attributes, and CAD/PDM templates. You will help integrate CAD, PDM, and PLM-related processes across different business streams and ways of working. You will collaborate with IT and solution teams to make sure Windchill configuration supports real business and engineering needs. You will contribute to user scenarios, user cases, workflows, and lifecycle concepts that support a common way of working. You will bridge the gap between mechanical engineering users and teams working with systems and process implementation. You will support the development of training material and help drive adoption by being a visible and approachable expert for end users. RequirementsAdvanced
