About the Role
As a
Business Development Executive – Red Hat
, you will support the Vendor Business Lead in driving profitable growth across the business. You will focus on pipeline development, sales enablement, and strengthening engagement with both internal sales teams and customers.

What You’ll Do
Support execution of the vendor business plan to drive revenue and market share
Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline within CRM tools
Deliver product, sales, and tool training to internal sales teams
Increase product awareness and mindshare across the sales floor
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional activities
Track performance and provide regular reporting to vendors
Engage with customers to support sales opportunities when required
Act as escalation point for customer-related issues from the sales teams
Communicate pricing, offers, and product updates effectively
Identify and drive training opportunities for internal teams and partners
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
technology sales, vendor management, or IT channel environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and motivate sales teams
Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline and growth
High energy, proactive, and self-driven approach
Good understanding of the IT market, vendors, and channel dynamics
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
