We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Rare Disease Business Unit , supporting the growth of innovative therapies in highly specialised areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, collaborate cross‑functionally, and develop strong commercial and strategic skills within a purpose-driven environment. About the Role As Junior Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of tactical marketing plans that drive brand performance and customer engagement across an omnichannel landscape. Working closely with your line manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in bringing brand strategies to life while gaining exposure to the full pharmaceutical brand management cycle. You’re proactive, organised, and motivated by results. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are excited by the opportunity to develop within a specialist pharmaceutical setting. Essential experience: 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical marketing (specialty medicines preferred) Exposure to digital or omnichannel marketing projects Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice
