In this role, you will:

Take ownership of financial controlling activities for a capital part of GSK entity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and SOX requirements.

Support the period-end close process, including analytical reviews and preparation of reporting packs.

Act as a subject matter expert on any issues with capital projects spend management, capitalization, fixed asset register, AUC reports, fixed assets reporting.

Perform account analysis, review journals, and execute internal controls to maintain financial integrity.

Work closely with colleagues across Finance, including local Finance Team and the GSK Operations Centre.

Review high-risk reconciliations, assess balance sheet health, and proactively manage risks and open items.

Contribute to audit activities and group consolidation, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.

Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting and control processes by adopting digital tools and advanced analytics (AI, Power BI, etc.) to increase efficiency, accuracy and insight.

Basic Qualifications:

A degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent professional experience).

3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial controlling.

Previous experience of working in fixed assets area/SAP FA would be an asset.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting requirements.

Confidence in working in a data-driven environment, with a continuous learning attitude.

The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Fluency in English at a professional business level.
