Responsibilities

  • Duration: Three years
  • Rotations: Three unique twelve‑month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations-depending on country and business unit placement.
  • International Exposure: Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.
  • The program begins with a CI Process Engineer role at our Vantaa (Finland) plant. In this role, you will be a key contributor to business growth, facilitating Continuous Improvement (CI) kaizen activities by applying various ECIS tools in practice. The role focuses on analyzing improvement opportunities and supporting process and layout optimization to maximize capacity and floor‑space utilization, as well as enabling and supporting potential outsourcing activities.
