Your mission
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be a key member of the centralized treasury function, which is responsible for Hiab's financial risk management, internal and external funding, liquidity and cash management, bank relations, and global insurances. Your primary focus will be in ensuring the correctness of treasury reporting, assisting in the monitoring of financial risks, and helping to ensure that treasury activities comply with policies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as group reporting and entity controllers as well as with external ones such as banks and auditors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about and support the development of treasury processes and contribute to the implementation of the new treasury management system.
This position is based in Helsinki, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for external and internal treasury reporting, including supporting the preparation of annual and interim report notes according to IFRS, and providing support to group subsidiaries on financial reporting items
- Contribute to the development and refinement of short-term cash flow forecasting models to optimize global liquidity
- Maintain market data feeds to ensure data accuracy for treasury valuations and simulations
- Support the monitoring of market (FX/Interest rate), credit, and liquidity risks to help protect the company's financial position
- Help ensure that all treasury activities adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements
- Participate as a core team member in the implementation of our new Treasury Management System (TMS), providing a significant learning opportunity in system design and integration
