About this role

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS SUPPORT You’ll support the global Discount Key Account Management team in daily customer-related topics. This includes preparing professional presentations and concept sells for internal and external meetings, as well as assisting with international negotiations through analyses, offer evaluations, minutes, and structured documentation. ANALYTICS & REPORTING In this area, you’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a global discount dashboard by collecting and checking data, structuring information, and conducting first‑level analyses. You’ll prepare regular standardized reports such as performance overviews and profitability developments, and build data packs, summaries, and documentation for key account projects. INTERNAL COLLABORATION You’ll maintain and continuously improve the global discount SharePoint page, ensuring content is relevant, up‑to‑date, and easy to access. You’ll support the organization and logistics of internal workshops, meetings, and calls (including invitations, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑ups). In addition, you’ll assist with invoicing tasks for the Discount KAM team, such as PO creation, tracking, and basic documentation and checks.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Management, Data/Business Analytics or a related field First practical experience (e.g. internship, working student role, project work) in FMCG, retail, sales, key account management, trade marketing or business analytics is a plus Experience working with large data sets, dashboards or reporting tools Basic understanding of FMCG, retail/discount or key account management Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint (professional presentations) and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with numbers and translating them into clear insights Ability to structure data and build understandable reports and dashboards High attention to detail and accuracy in presentations, reports and documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, including the ability to present information clearly and logically to different stakeholders Team player with a structured, reliable and proactive working style, a “hands‑on” mentality, and the ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221 gross per month, for full-time. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
