What this job can offer you .This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Manager, Business Operations joining our Payroll Business Operations Team. As our Manager, Payroll PMO Manager, you will be responsible for building and lead the PMO function. We love working async and this means you get to do your own schedule, no matter what timezone you're in. We empower ownership and proactivity and when in doubt default to action instead of waiting.. What you bring 6+ years of experience in project management / implementations / professional services in the HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry; Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, and technical understanding of software systems at scale; Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment Superior verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations; Experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships; Passion for remote work and a global outlook strongly preferred. Writes and speaks fluent English It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
