About this role

This role will be the strategic connective tissue between various Commercial teams and Product & Trading teams within ASE, ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, commercially grounded, and delivered with impact. Focus markets will be our Americas and Southern Europe labels, which includes, but is not limited to Brazil, Canada, Spain, Portugal and Greece Own and deliver high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning product, trading, and commercial teams, from growth plays to operational improvements Act as the strategic bridge between the central Product & Trading team and commercial stakeholders (CRM, content, media, marketing, regional teams), ensuring alignment on priorities and execution Build structured frameworks to evaluate, prioritise, and track initiatives, while staying adaptable in a fast-moving business Synthesise complex performance data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and initiative progress into clear narratives for senior leadership Use data-driven analysis to identify commercial opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making Drive alignment across senior stakeholders who may have competing priorities, navigating ambiguity with confidence Support the development and refinement of the commercial strategy, translating long-term objectives into actionable plans

Key experience: Demonstrative experience at a top-tier management consulting firm at a Manager level or equivalent Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with commercial data, building models, and deriving actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and align senior leaders across different functions Clear, compelling communicator who can distil complexity into simple narratives, both written and verbal Thrives in ambiguity, comfortable operating without a playbook and creating structure where none exists Experience in digital, e-commerce, gaming, or media is a strong plus but not required Genuine interest in sports betting, gaming, or consumer technology Key competencies: Passion for problem-solving and answering complex questions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to form strong working relationships and encourage trust and confidence in others
