About the Assignment You will step into a broad embedded role within a team that owns brake and air supply systems in a complex automotive environment. The team is responsible for embedded functionality in areas that are central to vehicle performance and safety, and it also acts as function owner for air supply. In this assignment, you support system ownership for Brake Systems and Electrical Parking Brake while working close to both system-level questions and hands-on technical work. This is a role for you who enjoy variety in your day. You move between software development, system documentation, testing in vehicles and on test benches, and ongoing collaboration with several stakeholders across R&D. Because the assignment combines technical depth with coordination, you get a clear view of how embedded functionality is defined, developed, verified, and supported from several angles. Job DescriptionYou develop software and functionality for embedded systems within the brake and air supply domains. You support the work as Assistant System Owner for Brake Systems and Electrical Parking Brake. You create and maintain system documentation that supports development, understanding, and traceability. You test software in vehicles and on test benches to verify functionality and system behavior. You collaborate with stakeholders across R&D and help coordinate technical work between teams.
