Job Summary
We are developing and building our first datacenter in Koria, Kouvola, in partnership with Hyperco, initial phases planned to be commissioned by the end of 2026. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an early stage, working on a mission-critical facility developed through joint venture that combines strong local expertise with a global hyperscale platform.
As a DC Cluster Security Manager you are responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations across multiple buildings within a data centre cluster. The role includes developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with security standards, and coordinating responses to security incidents. The aim is to safeguard the data centre facilities, assets, and personnel.

- Security Operations Management:Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the needs of multiple data centre buildings.
- Oversee daily security operations across all buildings in the cluster.
- Coordinate and manage security staff, ensuring proper training and compliance with security protocols.
