Senior Reporting Specialist

to join our

Finance Team

within the Close & Control Hub in Poznan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of reporting across GSK while gaining exposure to a dynamic and global biopharma environment.

As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including finance directors and cross-functional teams. By providing accurate and timely financial reporting, you will play a critical role in influencing key decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Regional Finance Director and Regional Controller on
  • month-end closings
  • for Above Country markets to understand key business drivers and performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the Regional Finance Director and senior stakeholders in managing cost centers.
  • Prepare and review journals, financial analyses, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line with
  • IFRS guidelines.
  • Support
  • analytical reviews
  • of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Support regional
  • internal controls,
  • including data collection, consolidation, and documentation.
  • Monitor and review close activities performed by the
  • Centre of Excellence
  • (outsourced service provider).
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree
  • or
  • professional qualification
  • in Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or
  • equivalent work experience
  • .
  • 2 years of experience
  • in financial reporting or audit.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of
  • MS Excel.
  • Communicative written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with
  • SAP.
