Community & Product Growth Manager

Thunderstore is looking for a versatile lead to be the official face of our mod platform and the primary bridge between our users and our product team.

We’re building a reliable, open-source ecosystem where mods just work with a click. As the "grease in the gears," we advocate for creator agency and transparency in everything we do. We take pride in craftsmanship and intent, making life simpler for the people who make and play the games we love.

In this role, you are to be a consistent and helpful presence within the community - not to micromanage conversation. You will act as an advocate for our creators, a translator for our product team, and a storyteller for our platform’s growth.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. While the core responsibilities of this role are established, we are open to you adjusting and refining the focus of the position based on your personal strengths and your vision for what a healthy, thriving community looks like.

This is a 12 month fixed-term, remote-first position based in Finland, with the possibility of continuing as a permanent role. The salary range is €3,200–€4,200/month based on experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Be the official face of the platform: You’ll be the recognized "official" presence in our core channels (like Discord). Rather than driving every conversation, you will follow the pulse of the community, be present when it matters, and ensure users know there is a real person listening to their needs.

2. Creator support & enablement: You’ll be the primary point of contact for mod creators at every stage of their journey. For those just scouting the platform, you’ll provide low-pressure guidance to help them feel welcome and informed. For those already building with us, you’ll identify the resources they need to succeed - working with our internal tech experts to translate complex details into easy-to-read "
