In this role, you act as the key point of contact between Holvi and its German-speaking customers. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, responsive support across multiple channels, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and confident using Holvi's services.
The role is part of an international team where English is the working language, while German plays a central role in daily customer interactions.
