About this role

Join a role where you spend most of your time hands-on, solving real technical challenges and making an immediate impact

across Latin America. As a Field Engineer, you will be deeply involved in on-site Yankee cylinder services

—from precise mechanical work to leading critical improvement actions. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient project execution. If you are an exceptional performer with strong leadership capabilities, we may also consider offering you the

Supervisor

title.

Job Responsibility:

You will oversee on-site Yankee cylinder services, including grinding, polishing, flame spraying, and doctor blade adjustments.

You will take a hands‑on role in solving on-site challenges and removing technical bottlenecks together with customers and internal teams.

You will manage project KPIs and ensure high-quality and timely service delivery across multiple locations.

You will optimize materials and inventory, ensuring smooth project execution and equipment availability.

You will collaborate across functions to support sales, coordinate resources, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

You have a college degree or above in mechanical engineering, paper‑related fields, or management.

You bring solid knowledge of flame spray coating, ideally within Yankee cylinders or dryer systems.

You have experience collaborating with teams—internal or outsourced—and coordinating activities across functions.

You are comfortable communicating in English during technical discussions and customer interactions.

You are willing to travel frequently (over 70% of your work time).

To succeed in this role

You will need strong technical expertise, a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, and the ability to manage on‑site challenges independently. Your success will come from balancing hands‑on service work, cross-functional coordination, and customer-oriented communication.
