As a Sales Specialist, your main focus will be on B2B sales, and your key goal is to increase the market share of SMEs and acquire new customers through solution-oriented approaches. This covers everything from prospecting and booking video conferences to winning deals. You will discuss the business of SMEs' management and experts, map current processes, and demonstrate the software's functionality and its benefits with an active approach. Severa's sales work requires the ability to work at a fast pace and long-term, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be customer-oriented.
Your customers will be the Finnish SME companies, with the potential to expand your sales focus into the Swedish SME market at a later stage.
