We are now looking for a Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain Management and Procurement to take our education to the next level. The position is permanent and full-time, starting on August 1, 2026.

Your key responsibilities:

Teaching and guidance in both Finnish and English-language Bachelors degree programs (International Business and Logistics) and Masters degree programs (Procurement and Julkiset hankinnat)

Thesis supervision at both Bachelors and Masters levels

Active collaboration with the work community, students, and industry partners

Participation in projects and fee-based continuing education within the field of supply chain management and procurement

Continuous development of your pedagogical skills and competencies, utilizing modern technologies and AI applications both as teaching aids and as part of the course content

Eligibility requirements:

An applicable Masters degree

A minimum of three years of practical work experience in supply chain management and/or procurement

Pedagogical qualification for vocational teachers (can also be completed within the first three years of employment)

Fluency in both English and Finnish

Excellent collaboration and interaction skills

Strong professional networks within the industry and the ability to design and implement work-life-oriented learning modules

Readiness to teach and inspire students both on-campus and online, with the ability to develop digital learning content (e.g. in Moodle)
