We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to support our invoicing team. This role focuses on hands-on finance administration, especially around invoicing processes and payment reconciliation. You'll also spend a few hours each week supporting our day-to-day office operations.
This is a fixed-term role for the summer period and parental leave cover, with a good chance of continuation beyond the initial contract.

What you can expect as a Junior Finance Administrator at LeadDeskSupporting monthly invoicing processes and related administrative tasks
Reconciling incoming payments and ensuring accuracy between systems
Handling ticketing tasks related to invoicing and customer queries
Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies based on internal guidelines
Assisting with debt collection processes when needed
Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations
Supporting office coordination tasks (approximately 2 to 3 hours per week), such as office purchases, internal events, and facility coordination
