About the role

We are seeking a talented Website and CRO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing Team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Grow Marketing, based in the US, and be responsible for Sievo's website, with the goal helping to modernizing Sievo.com for the AI-era, driving engaged traffic, and converting visitors into quality leads for the sales pipeline. You will be a shared owner of the site, eager to both help build the strategy, and roll up your sleeves.

Main responsibilities in this roleWebsite Strategy and Execution: Drive website strategy in connection to broader Marketing and GTM strategies. Build a plan founded in data and a subsequent thoughtful roadmap. You will optimize existing pages, build new landing pages, and write/edit copy as needed to increase engagement and conversions.
