Job Purpose

As Country Manager, you will lead IWG's operations, growth, and performance across Finland. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver IWG's ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial LeadershipOwn and deliver the country's financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all IWG brands and channels.
  • Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion.
  • Operational ExcellenceEnsure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
  • Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
  • Team LeadershipBuild, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies IWG's customer-centric culture.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
  • Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.
  • Customer & Partner EngagementRepresent IWG as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Required Skills, Experience & QualificationsStrong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.

  • Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
  • Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion.
