Country Manager
Job Purpose
As Country Manager, you will lead IWG's operations, growth, and performance across Finland. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver IWG's ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Commercial LeadershipOwn and deliver the country's financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all IWG brands and channels.
- Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion.
- Operational ExcellenceEnsure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
- Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
- Team LeadershipBuild, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies IWG's customer-centric culture.
- Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
- Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.
- Customer & Partner EngagementRepresent IWG as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
