About the role
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join Husqvarnas Global Information Services (GIS) team in Huskvarna.
This is a one-year parental leave cover, starting in late spring/early summer 2026, with good opportunities to build a strong internal network within Husqvarna Group. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive, and international team working with IT Service Management on a global scale.
In this role, you will support and coordinate IT service processes delivered by both internal teams and external suppliers. The position offers broad exposure to IT operations and is a great entry point for someone interested in developing within IT Service Management.
Your responsibilitiesAs a Service Coordinator you will:
Support day-to-day activities within IT Service Management, with a focus on Change Management and reporting
Coordinate and follow up with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain service documentation, operational procedures, and governance material
Contribute to service reporting, KPI follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in operational meetings, service reviews, and follow-ups
Analyze data, identify improvement areas, and help implement process enhancements
Support reporting needs, including creating and adapting reports in tools such as ServiceNow
You will work closely with colleagues in Sweden and international counterparts, including teams in India, Europe, and the US.

Required qualifications:Post-secondary education within IT (e.g. vocational/YH) or equivalent practical experience
Interest in IT Service Management, IT operations, or service integration
Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (incident, change, problem, service management)
Experience of working in an agil
