About your job
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to operations, asking the right questions, and acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. You provide proactive and reliable financial support to the Crushing Division’s global supply chain. You act as a financial sparring partner, setting clear targets, following up performance, and challenging the organization to continuously improve profitability and efficiency.
You report to the Director of Business Control, Crushing Division and work closely with Global Operations, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and division management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control supply chain costs, identifying savings and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop, track, and communicate KPIs that support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Sourcing to evaluate supplier performance and cost effectiveness.
- Perform make-or-buy analyses to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a Global Operations as well as finance focus
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to support business-critical decisions.
